Here at IILM, Jaipur, apart from having a day to day sports at the campus. Sports Day is celebrated annually to encourage participation, positive competitiveness, talent, hard work, and zeal of students, where all the students come and take part in different activities.
Sports are given due importance apart from curriculum to give a platform to the students to showcase their sportsmanship and to excel in their area of interest.
Outdoor games such as volleyball, cricket promote teamwork, and leadership skills. Indoor games like table tennis, chess, carrom board enhance concentration power, focus, and stability.

“Reinventing Human Resource from Disruptive Innovation” was one such HR Conclave organized by IILM Jaipur where HR professionals from diverse backgrounds participated, it was intended to facilitate the exchange of ideas and opinions on the changing role of Human Resources for the benefit of business houses, students and players from corporate. Corporate leaders from different sectors discussed the current scenario in HR and how it will affect the future of Human Resources.
Speakers that inaugurated the conclave and took the discussion forward were Mr. Dharamveer Jashnani and Mr. H.R Shekhawat, they talked about the leadership challenges and its solutions. Mr. Anil Sharma & Mr. M.L. Sharma the other two major speakers incited with technology and employee engagement. One of the most important sections of HR Conclave was Panel Discussion where the speakers, Ms. Alka Batra, Dr. Anvay Bhargava, Mr. Hitesh Godhwani made the HR Conclave remarkable. The conclave was covered by press media and was screened live on social media platforms.
Student-focused activities are one important aspect of learning to engage the students and make learning fun. Different activities and games to relieve the stress and to create enthusiasm are organized at IILM to make students learn better. Corporate trainers and thought leaders from varied backgrounds are invited in short intervals to give insights to students to help them deal with the real corporate world and to give them the opportunity to interact with the corporate leaders to gain a better understanding of concepts.
One such session was of Mr. Manish Sharma, he planned activity to help students enhance their personality and soft skills. He guided the students for the upcoming challenges in corporate and trained them for the Campus to Corporate Life.
Social Responsibility is important to maintain the balance between the ecosystem and the economy. Here at IILM Jaipur students are trained to be responsible for the society and to understand the duty towards the ecosystem. Plantation Drive is one such initiative taken by the students of IILM Jaipur to support the Green Movement and planted saplings across the college campus and pledged to plant trees and to save the ecosystem.
Cleanliness is next to Godliness. What could be a better day than Gandhi Jayanti to promote the Clean India Mission. Here at IILM, students took the opportunity to raise awareness among the people about cleanliness and hygiene, and with this motive, students visited the Rajkiye Balika Uchh Prathmik Vidyalaya in Sanganer, Jaipur. Skits and poems were performed to raise awareness among the children and the importance of hygiene was conveyed to them. A pledge was also taken by the students to maintain the cleanliness.

On the auspicious occasion of Republic Day IILM Academy of Higher Learning organized an enthusiastic celebration where students performed different activities.
The program begins with the flag hoisting ceremony followed by the National anthem. Speech by Col.Sanjay Bhatiya guided the students to shape their careers and to be respectful towards the nation. Students performed a dance on different patriotic songs to enthuse the feeling of patriotism. After the dance two students showed their love by the song “desh rangeela” and made the air of this day pure and auspicious. Director’s speech inspired the students to follow the right path.
The program ended with felicitating the students for their performance in various events and activities.
