Punit’s experience of 33 years encompasses Teaching, Advocacy, Business Development, Consulting, Policy formulation and Project Execution. His area of expertise has been in Training / Capacity Building / Skill Development domain with organisations like FICSI (Food Processing Sector Skill Council), KPMG, UNICEF, Delhi Skill & Entrepreneurship University, IPE Global, EY, NIIT, ICFAI University, Havells and Punsumi.
Punit did his MBA from Kanpur University in 1993 and Advanced Management Program in Public Policy from ISB Hyderabad in 2020.
Punit was associated as Adjunct Faculty with Jaipuria Institute of Management, IIRM, BSDU and JIMS and enjoyed teaching courses in Consumer Behaviour / Retail Management & Logistics / Art of Communication / Social Entrepreneurship during 2019 to 2021.
Associated as Advisor (Pro Bono) with NEN (National Entrepreneur Network) of Wadhwani Foundation to mentor entrepreneurs in their venture journey.
Punit enjoys coaching and mentoring students and corporate executives and is currently pursuing his ACC coaching credential from ICF (International Coaching Federation).
He is currently working with IILM ACADEMY of HIGHER LEARNING (Jaipur Campus) as Professor – Marketing and Chairperson – Admission & Placement.
